Used Spa Warranty Information:
You can buy with confidence when you buy from us. Our used spas have been inspected, pressure-tested, sanitized and are guaranteed to be in good working order.
As long as a spa sits still and uninterrupted, there is little reason for it to break down. Emptying, removing, transporting, refilling, resuscitating then reheating the water puts lots of strain on the unit. There is always a possibility that the jarring, flexing, refilling and reheating may trigger a problem that otherwise wouldn't have happened. In order to protect you from this, we offer a 90-day warranty which gives you time to get the tub up and running and work all the bugs out so to speak. If there are any problems it will almost always happen within the first day of being installed. Once it's up and running nicely, chances are it will be a long time before it needs any further attention.
We also offer warranty upgrade options up to three years for those who want additional coverage.
